When the client books on behalf of other persons, the client declares that they are authorized to provide their information and agrees to inform them of the travel conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ae45d3e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6ae45d3e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17cb5d2c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"17cb5d2c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b711657 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b711657\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Requests, quotations and order of service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-377a877d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"377a877d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Requests for information, itinerary design and quotations will generally be processed in the order in which they are received. PSJ will endeavor to respond within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the necessary information. This timeframe is an estimate and may be extended if the trip includes multiple destinations or special services, or depends on responses from suppliers.<\/p><p>Submitting a request does not constitute a booking or guarantee a rate, availability or reservation of spaces. Urgent requests and trips with imminent departure dates will be subject to PSJ\u2019s operational capacity and supplier availability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54aa5be4 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"54aa5be4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64ba9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"64ba9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Quotations and scope of service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f7c1497 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f7c1497\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the client and are subject to availability. Unless otherwise indicated, they will be valid for seven (7) calendar days. Prior to confirmation, prices may vary due to changes in availability, rates, taxes, fees, exchange rates or supplier conditions.<\/p><p>Each quotation will specify the services included and not included. Any item not expressly listed as included will be the client\u2019s responsibility. Photographs, descriptions, schedules and itineraries are for informational purposes and may be adjusted for safety, weather, operational reasons or instructions from authorities, while endeavoring to preserve the nature and category of the contracted service.<\/p><p>If there is an obvious transcription or calculation error, PSJ will notify the client before confirming the booking and will present the correct price or condition for the client\u2019s acceptance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1acb7bf e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1acb7bf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad30ac3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad30ac3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Traveler information<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9266057 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9266057\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To process the booking, the client must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information for each traveler: full name as it appears on the passport or identity document, nationality, date of birth and any other required information.<\/p><p>The client must verify the information before tickets, admission tickets, permits or named bookings are issued. Costs resulting from incorrect information, name changes or late submission will be borne by the client when such costs have been reported and substantiated. PSJ will not be liable for consequences attributable exclusively to incorrect or omitted information provided by the client.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4985ea e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f4985ea\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efa9968 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"efa9968\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Booking and confirmation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-878c467 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"878c467\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Unless the quotation establishes a different condition, a minimum deposit equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the total trip price will be required. Tickets, admission tickets, permits, cruises, accommodations with special rates and other services requiring immediate issuance or payment must be paid in full (100%) and will be subject to the supplier\u2019s specific conditions.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The booking will be considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions have been met:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tPSJ has received the travelers\u2019 complete and accurate information.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tThe payment has been effectively credited, identified and validated by PSJ\u2019s accounting department.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tThe suppliers involved have confirmed availability.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tPSJ has sent the client written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Payment, card authorization or submission of a payment voucher does not automatically confirm the booking. If availability or the rate changes before confirmation, PSJ will inform the client and offer an alternative, payment of a previously accepted difference, or a full refund of the amount received.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-185cd56 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"185cd56\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6235813 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6235813\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Prices, currency, due dates and payment methods<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90122cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90122cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prices may be expressed in Peruvian soles or U.S. dollars and will cover exclusively the services detailed in the quotation. Unless otherwise stipulated, the balance must be paid no later than forty-five (45) calendar days before the start of the trip. For bookings requested within that period, PSJ may require full payment.<\/p><p>Payments may be made by:<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tBank deposit.<\/li><li>\u2022\tDomestic or international bank transfer.<\/li><li>\u2022\tPayment link sent by email through an official PSJ channel.<\/li><li>\u2022\tAnother method previously authorized by PSJ.<\/li><\/ul><p>Before using a payment link, the client must verify the amount, currency, description and validity period. Card or payment-link transactions will be subject to authorization by the financial institution and the payment-processing platform. PSJ will not request passwords, PINs, secret access codes or the card\u2019s full security code.<\/p><p>Bank fees, international transfer charges, payment-platform fees or exchange-rate differences will be disclosed before the transaction and will be borne as specified in the quotation. The client must ensure that PSJ receives the required net amount.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1529e9e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1529e9e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cef591 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7cef591\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Bank accounts and payment validation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c07356 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c07356\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Deposits or transfers must be made exclusively to the following accounts:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><b>Titular:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Account holder: Peruvian Signature Journeys S.R.L.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><b>Banco:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Bank: BBVA Banco Continental<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><b>U.S. dollar current account:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tAccount number: 0011-0342-01-00044641<\/li><li><ul><li><ul><li>\u2022\tInterbank Account Code (CCI): 011-342-000100044641-37<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><b>Peruvian sol current account:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tAccount number: 0011-0342-01-00044633\n\u2022\tInterbank Account Code (CCI): 011-342-000100044633-34<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>After making a deposit or transfer, the client must send the payment slip or proof of payment to the email address <a href=\"mailto:oliviaf@peruviansignaturejourneys.com\"><u>mailto:oliviaf@peruviansignaturejourneys.com<\/u><\/a>\u00a0indicating the name of the reservation holder and the reservation code. The proof of payment must allow for the identification of the date, amount, currency, transaction number, and destination account. Payment is subject to verification by PSJ prior to confirming the reservation.<\/p><p>PSJ\u2019s accounting department will verify that the funds have been effectively received and identified. Validation will normally be completed within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt of the voucher; international transfers or bank reviews may require additional time.<\/p><p>If the payment is incomplete, declined, reversed, cannot be identified or is subject to a security review, the booking will remain pending. If the amount received is less than required due to fees, withholding, exchange-rate differences or errors, the client must pay the outstanding difference before confirmation.<\/p><p>The client must verify that the account holder and banking details match PSJ\u2019s official information. The company will not be responsible for payments made to accounts, persons, links or payment methods that have not been officially communicated. PSJ will issue the corresponding proof of payment in accordance with the information provided by the client and Peruvian tax regulations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5815e01 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5815e01\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6db5b9b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6db5b9b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Non-refundable booking fee<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eeabfb7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eeabfb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once the booking has been confirmed, an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total price will be non-refundable in consideration of the itinerary design, quotation, coordination, management and administrative services already performed. This condition will be disclosed before payment.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Amounts paid to suppliers that cannot be recovered may also be deducted, including tickets, admission tickets, permits, cruises, accommodations or special rates. PSJ will disclose the applicable items and will avoid charging a penalty twice for the same item.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The 10% fee will not apply when PSJ definitively cancels for a reason directly attributable to the company and the client does not accept an alternative or rescheduling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef73892 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"ef73892\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-942d460 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"942d460\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Cancellations requested by the client<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b3337e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b3337e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Unless special conditions were disclosed before confirmation, the following penalties will apply to the total price:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tNinety (90) calendar days or more before the start date: 10%, plus non-recoverable third-party costs.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tFrom 60 to 89 days: 30%, plus non-recoverable third-party costs when they exceed that percentage.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tFrom 30 to 59 days: 50%, plus non-recoverable third-party costs when they exceed that percentage.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tFrom 15 to 29 days: 75%.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tFewer than 15 days: 100%.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u2022\tNo-show or voluntary abandonment of the trip: 100%.<\/li><\/ul><p>If a supplier establishes a more restrictive condition, it will be communicated before the booking is confirmed and will prevail only with respect to the relevant service. Penalties will not be charged twice for the same item.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-733f1ae e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"733f1ae\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-791c1d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"791c1d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Changes, rescheduling and transfer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f8f90f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f8f90f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Requests to change dates, passengers, services or the itinerary must be submitted in writing and will be subject to availability and each supplier\u2019s conditions. The client will be responsible for rate differences, penalties and additional expenses disclosed before the change is made.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>PSJ will endeavor to facilitate rescheduling but cannot guarantee it. Tickets, admission tickets, permits and other named services may be non-transferable. Late arrival, absence, early departure or a decision not to use a confirmed service does not automatically give rise to a right to a refund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34eb359 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"34eb359\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-438176b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"438176b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Changes or cancellations by PSJ<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4aa341 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d4aa341\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PSJ may make reasonable adjustments to schedules, accommodations, routes, activities, transportation or itineraries when necessary for safety, weather, operational reasons or instructions from authorities. PSJ will endeavor to maintain services of an equivalent category and value and will inform the client as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If PSJ definitively cancels a service for a reason directly attributable to the company, the client may choose an equivalent alternative, rescheduling, or a refund of the amounts corresponding to services not provided, without prejudice to the rights recognized under Peruvian law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-637258c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"637258c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c0ff30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8c0ff30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. PSJ will be responsible for its own obligations and for any responsibilities legally attributable to it.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In the event of natural phenomena, social unrest, blockades, closures of roads or attractions, public health emergencies, government measures, transportation cancellations or other events beyond the parties\u2019 reasonable control, PSJ will prioritize safety and propose reasonable alternatives.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Refunds will depend on the amounts effectively recovered from suppliers. Reasonable and non-recoverable expenses will be disclosed and substantiated. Additional costs for accommodation, transportation, meals or other items will be borne by the client, unless the law or applicable conditions provide otherwise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c67e8cf e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c67e8cf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e351bc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e351bc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Health, physical fitness and medication<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a19d0bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a19d0bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The traveler must promptly disclose any medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, pregnancy, disability, mobility limitation or need for assistance relevant to planning and providing the trip safely. This information will allow reasonable accommodations to be made when possible or a more suitable itinerary to be recommended.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Some expeditions take place in remote areas, rugged terrain, humid or hot environments, at high altitude, on navigable waterways, during extended hikes and in locations with limited access to medical care. The traveler is responsible for consulting a healthcare professional regarding their fitness for the planned activities.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The traveler must carry sufficient medication, preferably in its original packaging, along with any necessary prescriptions or medical instructions. PSJ does not provide medical services or guarantee the local availability of specific medications. For objective safety reasons, PSJ may request a medical evaluation or authorization, while respecting confidentiality and data-protection regulations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1abfd14 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1abfd14\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47ee3bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"47ee3bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">13. Travel insurance and emergencies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a7676e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8a7676e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The traveler is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance for the destination and planned activities. PSJ recommends coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical care, accidents, evacuation, repatriation, baggage and adventure activities.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If the client decides to travel without insurance, the client will be responsible for expenses that are not legally payable by PSJ or its suppliers. In an emergency, PSJ may coordinate assistance, transportation or evacuation according to the circumstances and local availability. In an emergency that jeopardizes health or safety, PSJ may take reasonable and necessary measures, without this implying the automatic assumption of medical or evacuation expenses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e60be7 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2e60be7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7dbab13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7dbab13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14. PSJ may provide general guidance, but decisions regarding entry, exit or transit rest with the competent authorities.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Inability to travel due to expired, insufficient or incorrect documents does not automatically give rise to a right to a refund. PSJ may suspend a person\u2019s participation in an activity when their conduct objectively places their own safety, the safety of others, the environment or the continuity of the service at risk.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Each traveler is responsible for their baggage, money, documents, photography equipment and personal belongings. Loss or damage will be addressed according to the circumstances, applicable legal liability and the conditions of the relevant carrier or supplier. The traveler must comply with the baggage limits communicated for flights, boats or other means of transportation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-073b04d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"073b04d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4440c09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4440c09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">16. The timeframe will depend on the method used, the necessary verifications and prior reimbursement by suppliers. PSJ will disclose the calculation, applicable deductions and status of the process.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Fees charged directly by banks or platforms will not be refunded when they have not been recovered by PSJ. Calculations will be made in the currency in which PSJ received the payment. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information, keeping it up to date and checking their email, including the spam or junk folder.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The client must immediately report any suspicious account, link or message. Any change to banking details must be verified directly with PSJ before payment.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Personal data, including health information, when necessary, will be processed in accordance with PSJ\u2019s Privacy Policy and Peruvian law, solely to respond to inquiries, manage bookings and payments, and provide the contracted services.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Complaints may be submitted through the Virtual Complaints Book available on PSJ\u2019s website and will be addressed within the timeframe established by current Peruvian regulations.
